  • Strategies:

    • Communicate with Storytelling: Share success stories of other organizations using AI or paint an exciting vision of the future, showing how AI will help the team achieve great things.

    • Create Fun and Engaging Workshops: Organize hands-on workshops that emphasize collaboration, brainstorming, and an open atmosphere for sharing ideas.

    • Connect AI to Team Goals: Make it clear that AI is not just technology, but a key assistant that will help the team stand out and succeed together.


3. S-Style (Steadiness): Build Confidence and Emphasize Stability


S-Styles value security, stability, and smooth collaboration. They often worry that AI will replace them or introduce change too rapidly.

  • Strategies:

    • Affirm the Importance of Human Skills: Communicate clearly that AI is a supportive tool, but their experience, empathy, and interpersonal skills remain essential and valuable.

    • Show How AI Reduces Repetitive Work: Present concrete examples of how AI can take over monotonous tasks, freeing them up to focus on more creative work and team support.

    • Create a Safe Learning Environment: Provide gradual training, offer mentorship, and create opportunities for them to ask questions without pressure.


4. C-Style (Conscientiousness): Provide Clear Data, Facts, and Processes


C-Styles demand accuracy, tangible data, and systematic processes. They will accept AI only when they see proven evidence of its efficiency and value.

  • Strategies:

    • Present Use Cases and Case Studies: Show successful examples of AI implementation from other organizations, complete with in-depth data and measurable results.

    • Provide Quantitative Data: Offer clear figures such as ROI (Return on Investment), efficiency gains, or error reduction rates.

    • Organize Detailed, Step-by-Step Training: Create comprehensive user manuals with clear procedures and have experts available to answer technical questions.
