About M.I.S.S.CONSULT
The gap between strategy
and Execution is always human.
We work at that gap. Not with frameworks alone — but with the behavioral science, leadership depth, and organizational rigor to close it permanently.
"Organizations don't fail because of poor strategy. They fail because the people executing it weren't developed to carry it."
WHO WE ARE
The most overlooked asset in any organization isn't technology. It isn't capital. It's the person already sitting in your building.
Since 2006, M.I.S.S.CONSULT has been built on a single conviction: that human potential — when accurately measured and deliberately developed — is the most powerful driver of organizational performance.
We founded this practice on one observation: that most organizations make their most consequential decisions — who to hire, who to develop, who to lead — without the tools to make those decisions well.
We built the tools. We trained the practitioners. We stayed.
Nearly two decades later, that conviction drives everything we do. As an authorized partner of Wiley — the global publisher of Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® — we bring behavioral science and senior-level expertise to organizations that hold themselves to a higher standard of leadership.
Not every organization is ready for this work. The ones that are tend not to stay the same.
OUR POSITION
Advice is easy. Transformation is what we do.
Most organizations have access to good advice. What they lack is the capability infrastructure to act on it — leaders who can navigate ambiguity, teams that can adapt under pressure, and cultures that reinforce the right behaviors without constant intervention.
M.I.S.S.CONSULT was built to address that deficit. Our work sits at the intersection of behavioral science, leadership development, and organizational design — combining rigorous diagnostics with deeply practical application.
We measure success the same way our clients do: not by the quality of a workshop or the depth of a report, but by what changes in how people lead, decide, and work together — six months and six years after we engage.
OUR FRAMEWORK
Four principles. One coherent practice.
Each letter names a conviction we hold about how people and organizations grow — and how growth compounds.
M — Mindset Transformation Behavior change that sticks begins in how people interpret the world around them. We build the self-awareness, cognitive flexibility, and psychological safety that allow leaders — and the organizations they shape — to grow through disruption, not despite it.
I — Impact-driven Insight Every diagnostic, assessment, and program we design is oriented toward a single question: what will actually move the needle? We bring the research. We bring the data. And we translate both into decisions that matter.
S — Strategic Adaptability In a market that rewards speed and penalizes rigidity, the ability to pivot is not a soft skill. It is a strategic capacity. We develop it systematically — in individuals, in teams, and in the operating culture of the organization.
S — Sustainable Success We are not optimizing for the next quarter's engagement survey. We are building the human foundations — capability, culture, leadership depth — that determine whether an organization is stronger, more agile, and more competitive a decade from now.
OUR EXPERTISE
Five disciplines. One integrated system.
Most firms treat these as separate services. We treat them as a single architecture — because in practice, they are inseparable.
Psychometric Assessment Decisions about people are only as good as the data behind them. We deploy the world's most validated behavioral and cognitive instruments to give organizations an accurate, evidence-based picture of who their people are, how they think, and where they will perform at their highest level. Not approximations. Not gut feel. Evidence.
Leadership Development Titles change. Behavior is harder. We work with leaders at every level to close the gap between the role they hold and the impact they are capable of making — through structured programs grounded in behavioral science, not generic curriculum.
Succession Planning The question is never who is available when a critical role opens. The question is who has been ready for years — and whether your organization had the foresight to see it. We build the frameworks that answer that question before it becomes urgent.
Executive Coaching The higher the role, the fewer the people who will tell you the truth. Executive coaching creates the conditions for honest self-examination — helping senior leaders identify the blind spots, behavioral patterns, and limiting assumptions that no performance review will surface. Confidential. Rigorous. Consequential.
Mind Programming Behavior change at scale requires more than skill-building. It requires rewiring how people think under pressure. We work at the level of mental models, internal narratives, and cognitive patterns — equipping individuals and teams to perform not just differently, but fundamentally better.
WHY M.I.S.S.CONSULT
01 — Domain depth, not generalist breadth Our consultants specialize. Each brings decades of direct experience in behavioral assessment, leadership architecture, or HR strategy — not a rotation through every practice area. You receive expertise shaped by repetition, not exposure.
02 — Outcomes defined before we begin Every engagement starts with a clear definition of success — measurable, agreed upon, and time-bound. We track progress throughout. And we stand fully accountable to the results we commit to, including a satisfaction guarantee on every program.
03 — Built for your context, not ours No methodology survives contact with a new organization unchanged. We apply proven science with rigorous customization — ensuring that every solution reflects the industry, culture, maturity, and strategic position of the client we serve.
Accreditation
Our team's qualifications aren't supplementary. They are the foundation of how we work — ensuring that every assessment, every coaching engagement, and every development program is grounded in internationally validated practice.
Cornell University Specialists completed advanced HR and organizational management programs at Cornell — consistently ranked among the top 10 universities in the United States.
HRCI — PHR · SPHR · GPHR The full credential spectrum from the HR Certification Institute, including the Global Professional in Human Resources — the highest international standard in the field.
American Council of Education (ACE) ACE certification confirms our coaches and consultants meet the United States standard for continuing education and professional development excellence.
International Coaching Federation (ICF) All coaching services are designed and delivered in alignment with ICF standards — the global benchmark for professional coaching ethics and practice.
ESG
Responsible growth is built into the work itself.
"ESG is not a policy you adopt. It is a set of behaviors you develop — one leader, one team, one decision at a time."
We apply behavioral science and leadership development to help organizations embed ESG principles not as compliance requirements, but as genuine operating culture — shaped by how people think, decide, and lead every day.
Environmental We develop leaders who make decisions with long-term environmental consequence in mind — not because they are required to, but because they are built to.
Social Inclusive communication, psychological safety, and human-centered culture are competencies we design, develop, and measure — not values we merely aspire to.
Governance Ethical leadership is the output of intentional development. Every program we build reinforces integrity, accountability, and responsible decision-making at every level of the organization.
