Job Descriptions:



  • Business Development / Cold Call for new business

  • Attend to client's People Development & Psychometric Test needs

  • Servicing of existing Clients and develop new ones

  • Attaining good rapport with clients, and regular client visits



  • MBA Degree or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in any industry

  • Self-driven, positive, independent and can-do attitude.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good command of English in verbal and written will be preferable.

  • B2B or Government Experience

  • Proven record manage a project or success in experiment.

Executive Personal Assistant


Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Make travel arrangements (domestic/international)

  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs

  • Devise and maintain an office filing system



Required Qualifications

  • Possess a professional style that represents client's office well; err on the too polite vs. not

  • Must be able to hold their own in any type of conversation

  • Ability to write emails and other writing samples without typos

  • Have a good writing style and will be able to write a ~750 words piece article when given general prompts and ideas to develop

  • When being told once (orally or by email) something, will either do it right away or move it into the checklist pipeline and complete it without being prompted again

  • Maintain the to-do checklist up to date at all times (anytime they execute a task, or are aware of a new one, they update the checklist)

  • Will be able to self-organize & self-prioritize + set by himself/herself dates dues for tasks

  • When given research materials or a topic publicly available to research, will be able to conduct a search on their own and summarize key points on a topic efficiently (presentation-wise and timewise) without missing salient points

  • High attention to detail needs to be very high

  • High adaptability & takes feedback well

  • High work ethics including needs to solely focus on work during work hours (no social media use during work hours)


Desired Qualifications:

  • Basic accounting including the use of Quickbooks to do/complete quarterly financials

  • Basic PC management skill

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Adobe Acrobat + DocuSign

  • Prefer MBA or higher
