M.I.S.S.CONSULT is seeking high-potential professionals who combine strong analytical thinking, goal orientation, and excellent communication. You will work across projects in leadership, talent, succession, assessment, and organizational development. Depending on your level, you may contribute to analysis and project delivery, manage client engagements, lead consulting projects end-to-end, or advise senior leaders on strategic people and organizational issues.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs, organizational challenges, business context, and relevant data to identify key issues and opportunities.

• Develop practical recommendations, consulting solutions, and development programs aligned with client objectives.

• Structure complex information into clear executive reports, proposals, and presentations.

• Present insights and recommendations to clients and senior executives with clarity and credibility.

• Manage consulting projects from planning through delivery, follow-through, and quality assurance.

• Collaborate with consultants, facilitators, coaches, and client stakeholders to ensure professional delivery.

• Maintain consulting-grade standards across thinking, communication, documentation, and client interaction.
