The PXT Select™ Expert Practitioner Certification takes your knowledge to a deeper level, giving you the expertise and strategies you need to become an expert and internal advocate on implementing this powerful tool in your workplace.
Our virtual program gives your the flexibility of self-paced learning that is engaging and immediately applicable in your workplace. You will receive the PXT Select Certified Practitioner credential upon completing this course.
Course Objectives

Demonstrate how the PXT Select assessment fits into an organization’s talent management strategy and how to implement it within their organization successfully.

Demonstrate proficiency using the PXT Select assessment, performance models, and the suite of reports in candidate selection and development.

Demonstrate ability to effectively partner with stakeholders to analyze an organization’s needs and design the most appropriate solution that utilizes the PXTS Select solution to make talent decisions with confidence.
