Assist your team in dealing with uncertainty by acknowledging it.

It's natural to feel uncertain when changes happen at work or in the world around us. Addressing your employees' concerns about the future is important as a leader. Pay attention to the issue and expect everyone to carry on as usual. Instead, acknowledge the uncertainty and encourage open communication.

When people feel they can express their feelings and concerns, they are more likely to remain productive. It's okay to admit that things seem chaotic and unpredictable, but don't dwell on the negativity. Focus on how everyone can work together to stay productive and overcome challenges.
