I’m KG, founder of M.I.S.S.CONSULT — a behavioral consultancy grounded in one mission:

To help people grow by thinking clearly, acting boldly, and leading with purpose. I began my journey working abroad, where I observed that even the most advanced systems often failed to unlock true human potential. I saw people trying to fit into boxes they never designed, performing roles they never shaped. Especially in Thailand, many talented individuals fell short, not because they lacked ability, but because they were never shown how to grow from within.

That’s why I built M.I.S.S.CONSULT.

Not as another “training company,” But as a transformation system powered by behavioral science, systems thinking, and executive coaching.
