By electing MissConsult.com's Resume Posting Service, you acknowledge that you have expressly and intentionally authorized MissConsult.com to act on your behalf as your limited agent for the purpose of posting your resume and personal Information on 3rd party career and job-related web sites and creating accounts thereon in your name (the "Limited Agency"), subject in all instances to all applicable terms, conditions, laws or regulations governing any of the services provided by each such web site ("3rd Party Terms"). In connection with the Limited Agency, you hereby expressly convey to MissConsult.com a power of attorney to sign on your behalf (whether manually or digitally) specifically indicating to any such 3rd party web sites that you have read and understood, and agree to abide by any such 3rd Party Terms. Confidentiality and Privacy :
